How to Run a Free Challenge to Launch a Course

Want to run a free online challenge to launch your next course or program? I’m sharing how I’ve run my free challenges to launch my own courses and programs. (Pro tip: you’ll also want some bonuses for your launch!)

First, make sure you are clear about your challenge name and length. What’s your challenge going to be about? Make sure it’s related to your offer. I suggest having a challenge be 4-5 days, at the most, up to 7. Anymore than that, and challenge participants lose steam and drop-off.

You’ll want to start advertising your challenge about two weeks before hand. Expect a lot of sign-ups the day you announce, and right before you begin. At the end of the challenge, you will announce your offer, and send a 5-7 day email sequence to continue pitching your offer.
