One of the best ways to grow your business is with referrals from past clients.

But you don’t have to wait around (or spend hours upon hours trying to attract people on social media) wondering when word-of-mouth referrals will start working for you.

The simplest way to build a steady stream of new people who want to work with you is to carefully craft your client experience. When you do this right, clients happily recommend you to everyone they know.

Right now, the number one way new clients find me is through word-of-mouth referrals. And this allows me to feel less pressure when it comes to promoting my business with social media, weekly content and emails. I get to focus on providing value (as opposed to selling) on those platforms. Because I know my client experience is creating a continuous flow of referrals who want to book projects with me.

The most important part of your client experience is the step-by-step workflow you follow for each and every project. Not to mention, having a set workflow is essential to saving time as your business grows. Following a clear process for each client project will eliminate guesswork and help you remember every detail–which can be tough to manage when things get busy.

In this video, I’ll show you how to start crafting a client experience that will create continuous referrals (aka new clients) and save you time in your business.

If you’re ready to take action and craft an amazing client experience, check out this post to get started with the first step of the process I covered in the video.
