FAQ

Does it matter what type of offers or clients I have?

This is best for business owners who work 1:1 with individuals. If you are running a small group coaching program by yourself (not multiple groups with multiple coaches under you), this would still be a good fit for you. 

This is not good for people who work with corporate clients, or any other situation where you’re working with a team of people.

Will you review my contract and other documents?

We will review any forms, questionnaires, documents that are involved in your client process. But, I will NOT fully review your contracts. I can make recommendations for things that may need to be clarified or added to your contracts, which should be reviewed by your lawyer.

How does the four-week container work?

You’ll have access to me for one month on Slack, and you’ll also need to schedule both of your calls in that one-month period.

For example, your intensive date may be from May 1 – May 31, during which time you have access to me in Slack for questions. Our calls would likely take place somewhere around May 5 and May 20 (depending on both of our schedules). The calls will scheduled at your convenience, and can be closer or further apart.

Can I get both my website and client experience re-designed by you?

Absolutely! We can overhaul both your processes and your website at the same time, so you have a website that is a client magnet AND an onboarding process that wow your clients!
