YouTube is a gold mine for great content that can inspire or educate us, or even just make us laugh. I know for me personally, it’s easier for me to see something, digest it, and put it into action. And, there are plenty of great YouTube channels for dietitians and nutritionists (or personal trainers).

The level of YouTube content also varies from channel to channel – some information is intended for RD students while others cover more advanced strategies.

I compiled some of the best YouTube channels for dietitians and nutritionists to watch:

Kim Rose Dietitian

Kim Rose is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Certified Diabetes Educator with close to a decade of clinical experience. She shares a mix of videos for patients, and other dietitians!
